6/28/10:went light today to get things in order.
Notes: I need help with barbell rows my back doesn't want to go in proper form it either rounds or stays straight I can't get an arch.
Workout Grade:A

Barbell rows:95*6*6*10
Squat:135*10, 100*20
Calf raises:140*10, 300*15
One arm lateralsused dumbells) 20s*10, 30's*10
Dumbell bench press: 30s*6, 40s*6
Dumbell curls: 25s*10, 35s*10

Looks good Coop. Way to get to the gym and get it done. On rows, try Pendlay instead.

Thanks man I was at my girlfriends so we went to a national guard base for me to get my workout in btw that's how ill never miss a workout I have 2 gyms I could workout at now. Do you have a video of pendlay rows

On Pendlay rows, you basically just set the weight on the ground after each rep, and then row it up from that position. It can take some of the strain off the lower back.

good job coop, keep it up!! Keep the workouts coming, your workouts are more important than your log, just make sure you are getting to the gym and hitting it hard
