Styrkecoach Squat Log
Ive been researching ways to bring my squat up and beyond.:)
So for the next 6weeks i'l log my squat/leg workouts
Are training for the moment a 3 day full body, and if I have the spare time a week, i usually do a upper/lower splitt that week.
My training is BB and Powerlifting inspired. Not training specific to a powerlifting contest or anything, just trying to get big and crazy strong:rockon:
so will log the dates, sets, reps, wheight and so on.
tuesday 24 mai.
Nordic Hamstring/GHR with a barbell:
Standing Calv raises:
Core exercises, TGU's,plank, bodysaw
Some glute activation exercises, glutebridge, hip abduction.
Usually dont train deadlift on the same day as squat.

was at a festival last saturday, so a couple of beers yes..
so sunday i wasnt motivated for leg training, and as usually when i dont feel like training, i just go and squat..cant go wrong with that:ms:
did 5 sets of boxed squats.
by the way, did some gluteus activation exercices after my squat workout, supposed to do it before but i forgot.
and god damn, the power in my gluteus after.. felt like i could squese a arm of with my gluteus. maybe thats what i should do next time i go through costums:)
are going to start using 5/3/1 in a couple of weeks.
