Just saw the video. That's quadzilla work right there. Great job. Do you always do the heavier set prior to your 20 repper?

Yes I do. Any of the compound leg movements (squat, leg press, hack squat, etc) done in DC are supposed to be two straight sets. One set of 6-10 with 3-5 minutes rest and then a set of 20 with as much weight as you can get for 20. That day I did 4 warmup sets:

135 x 10
225 x 8
315 x 3
405 x 2

Then I loaded up 455 and went at it. I always do 4-6 warmup sets for squats or any other compound leg movement for that matter. I also ride the bike for 3-4 minutes and then do 2 sets of 10-15 reps with light weight on leg curls before I start my warmup sets for whatever leg movement I do.

I didn't know that about leg work. Thanks for the info.

Default Chest and back

BB BENCH
335 x 8....2(+1).....1(+1) Up 1 rep from last bb bench session
365 x 1 Done with a pause at the bottom simulating a PL meet
385 x 1 Done with a pause at the bottom simulating a PL meet

385 flew up! I was shocked considering I did it with a pause after my 3 rest/pause sets and 365x1. I'm just a little bit excited to see what I'm capable of July 10th when I'm 100% fresh.

SINGLE ARM HS PULLDOWN
4 plates + 25 x 7(+1).....3(+3).....2(+3) +25lbs from last session

DEADLIFT
455 x 7
315 x 12

18 mins LISS cardio on the Elliptical.
