picked up some white flood. gonna give it a trial run tomorrow i'll let you guy's know what i think of it.

i have been a giant pig today...........

2 eggs on english muffins with cheese, 2 servings of oatmeal, a bagel and a banana for breakfast

threw down a shake and some granola bars couple hours later

40 count bag of pizza rolls for lunch

snacked on crackers, oreo's and apple sauce

chicken and mashed potato's for dinner topped of with a couple oatmeal cream pies and a hostess cup cake

now i don't know what to eat but i'm hungry again..........phew this eatin thing is hard work!

I am bulking too but I am afraid to eat all that stuff because I don't know if I would be able to get it all off in time.

I'm eating a lot like today I had egg whites, oatmeal, proein shake, can of tuna, serving of almonds, 3 turkey sandwiches, 2 chicken breasts, protein shake, 4 turkey patties, broccoli, peanut butter and banana sandwich, and another [rotein shake. Is that not enough?

I want to put on a lot of size without too much fat, even though I know a little will come. Let me know what you think.

Good luck with your bulk. You are going to kill it at your next show!

well its gonna take a few years to get all that 30lbs on. this bulk time my goal is to get 5-8 added before show time. i think that's a pretty realistic goal to have. my weight will probably hit around the 190's again but this time i hope i only cut back to about 165.

and there is no think...........I KNOW I CAN!!!!!!!!!!.....
