Well I have been doing some searching. I found a competition I want to do.
Event Schedule

The competition is the one in Ft. Worth, Texas on October 16,2010

The entry deadline is Oct 10 so I have a while to think about it. But I know I want to do it. Someone take a look at it and tell me if I am getting in over my head.

IF I'M NOT...someone tell me what I need to do. I am completely new to the competitive aspect so I need pointers!

BTB is planning an MAB meet up at the comp ha.

How long should I bulk and then cut down for the competition? I definitely HAVE TO work on my back. Either I don't know how to flex it or it is whimpy.

Behind The Neck Pull Down 120 X 6 130 X 6 140 X 6

Upright Row 80 X 6 80 X 6 80 X 6 100 X 6

T-Bar Row 100 X 8 125 X 5.5 (Failure) 110 X 6 115 X 6

Seated Pulley Rows (Narrow Grip) 140 X 6 160 X 6 180 X 6 180 X 6

Dumbbell Rows 65 X 6 (Each Arm) 75 X 6 80 X 6

Deadlifts (Singles) 225 X 6 275 X 4 300 X .75 (got stuck and no spotter. I was not happy at all)

Hyper extensions 45 X 6 55 X 6 70 X 6

Assisted Pull-Ups Wide Grip: 40 lbs assistance X 6
Close Grip: 20 lbs assistance X 6

Overall good workout. I feel like my back is the part I need to work on the most. Any advice, criticism, tips, etc. would be appreciated.

Traps and Abs today. I forgot my spiral at home so I don't have it written down. Basically a ton of shrugs. Heavy weight sets of 8. I am feeling pretty good. I think traps are an awesome muscle for any bodybuilder to have. Did lots of leg raises, planks, and sit ups for abs today. Did side raises (or whatever you want to call them) oblique crunches and side planks for obliques. Hopefully they will be pretty tender tomorrow.

Tomorrow I think is a day off. My body is feeling pretty tired.

its just my personal experience but i like working in alittle higher of a rep range with back around 8-12..(except for deads)..you might want to work on trying to hold peak contraction for a couple sets for back, i changed my back workout around last year to this and my back really blew up
