Definitely a good one today. I'm about to start a new rotation and hit arms 2 times per week.

Awesome leg day today! I'm loving this low volume stuff.

Leg Extensions 130 X 12 140 X 10 170 X 8

Laying Leg Press 90 (on each side) X 8 135 X 8 180 X 8 (PR)

Hack Squats 135 (each side) X 10 180 X 10 270 X 6 (PR)

Standing Leg Curl 40 X 12 60 X 10 70 X 8

Sitting Leg Curl 140 X 10 160 X 10 180 X 8 (PR)

Romanian Dead Lifts 135 X 10 135 X 10 155 X 8 Still not sure if I am doing this right, but I am working on it.

Day off tomorrow, then starting my new rotation on Saturday.
