looking like ur not messing around on those deads, good weights man, deads are my favorite lift looks like theyre probably one of yours too

Deads and squats are my favorites, progress on deads are faster though, trying to get my squat form right with heavy weight for the moment.

Squat/Press/Push day today, got by the small immigrant on the corner who self original thai redbull, the thick uncarbonated syrup, and drank pre w/o, got a real boost from that one damn almost to much :P

Squats
12x130 warmup
19x200
DB Shoulder presses, alternating with arnold presses
10x35 warmup
10x60
4x70->6x50
10x50

Standing OH Press/Push
12x90
12x110
5x155
5x155
4x155->10x70
Side raises and front raises superseted 25lbs DB's 6 sets, 10->10
Reverse flyes, arms bent
10x50 - rest 5 breaths, 6x50 for 3 sets
French press superseted with cable pushdown
8x90->10x70 for 5 sets

Good pump in tris and shoulders and squats was good to, i do a leg day once a week with 8-12 sets of squats in different reprange, and do the 20 reps two other days and i find this approach really good, gaining stamina and strength from day to day it seems.

Ive been working out with this guy, who is a almost raw beginner. Since he started with my workouts (same as mine) and with my support and teching, i mean im no expert but ive picked up some usefull bits of information and experience, hes gained 24 lbs in bodyweight, thats on a five-six week period and i know its beginner-gains but its still a very good progress! His bench, squat and dead have all gone up 30-50 lbs and hes really motivated. Makes me proud to introduce someone to the game we all love =)

even for beginner gains that still huge, prob cuz your training him right and hes not gettin stuck with the dreaded 5 day split of bench biceps everyday, its always feels good to get someone into it tho..oh yeah and good leg shoulder workout too impressive presses

nice work on gettin someone else into the game........sounds like he has great potential.
