Mixed w/o today. This week is unorganized when it comes to w/o's. Gonna rearrange my setup a bit for next week.

Just played around at the gym today. Was squat day, and i was going to set atleast one new PR, but due to backstrain day before yesterday i decided to wait until next week.

Leg extension superseted with lying leg curl

20x145->20x90 - PUMP!!!

Seated calf raises, with hold on top 3-5s
3 sets of 20 with 80 lbs.

Weighted cable crunches
3 sets of 20 with 110 lb

Kick ass leg day, volume felt good even if i did go low on reps. Squat PR was a blast to!
