back and bis today, my gym membership ran out so i gotta get a new one this week, so i had to use the home gym which isn't always that bad....
did pull ups 4 sets, 4 sets cable rows, 7 sets reverse grip pull down leaning back to hit lower lats, 7 sets cable straight arm curls only 30 seconds rest, im gettin a day pass tomorrow so ill get a good chest workout to post tomorrow

Solid work. Nothing beats a good home gym. I sometimes wish I had access to all the equipment of a commercial gym, but what can you do...

started with flat bench first time in probably 6 months, i usually always start with incline or decline...felt good tho

315-2 drop set to 225-6

incline db fly's

70-6drop set to 35-6

decline bar bench
4 sets of 225-8

incline hammer
4 sets 1 plate an 25 on each side for pumps around 10-12 reps each set

skullcrushers
7 sets 30 seconds rest 8-12 reps each set

Strong benches. I assume you're more of a bodybuilder then powerlifter, even though you have beastly numbers?

yeah i used to lift more like a power lifter and could lift alot more weight but i wasn't putting on as much size as when id lift like a bber so i changed it up and started liking the results, probably has to do with how tall i am too

legs wednesday worked for 20 reps in all exercises
sldl-135lb- 7 sets hammies felt like they were gonna tear
squat- 185- 7 sets can't beleive how much weight i have to take off to hit the 20 rep range....i was so spent after these i almost threw up, so i just did some abs and went home

thursday shoulders, traps, calves home workout again
behind neck bar shoulder press- threw all the weight i had on the bar - 135lbs for 4 sets of 12

cable rear lat extensions, superset with front lat raise (usually don't do these unless i go behind the neck with presses) 4 sets 32 pounds- 12 reps

side lats superset with leg press calve raise
6 sets 32 pounds 12 reps for sl, and 20-25 for calves

single arm cable shrugs 200lbs- 5 sets-12 reps
tibialis anterior exercise- 5 sets 20 reps

7 sets on the 20 rep squat is really something, most people cant do that whit the bar so u can be proud of yourself man!
