what do people think about morning fasted cardio low intensity then comin home eating a meal and heading back to do legs about an hour and a half later....you think thats enough time for them to rest? i do it with arms and i really like it cuz my blood is flowing and it gets blood to my arms really quick, but ive never done it with legs just seeing if anyone has any input

I don't like cardio much on leg day. But that's a personal thing. I try to avoid it on deadlift/squat days. Call it superstition but I want to be fresh as possible.

I think you'd be fine. Just take your BCAAs/Xtend before and after cardio. I don't see any reason you shouldn't do it like this, unless you're neurotic like me...

yeah ive never done it and i don't feel like im gonna get the best outta my legs day which sucks but now its to late, i got a meal in so hopefully itll help....ill post my legs workout after and see how my weight are

struggled today with legs cuz of the morning cardio, weights were def down, wont do that again.

415-2 (down 50 pounds from last week cuz of cardio)

4 plates 20 (2 on each side)

12 plates 10

leg extensions
7 sets of 25 with 94 pounds, and only 30 seconds rest (brutal)

standing calve work 4 sets of 25
seated calve work 3 sets of 21's

finished with some upper and lower ab work

40-6 back to back sets of 6, so when i finished one arm the other got to rest for about 30 secs, arms felt like they were gonna explode

cambered cable bar pushdown
all drop sets 3 sets of same weight
205-6 to 105-12

flipped preacher curl bench around so my arm was straight up and down and id straight arm curls
30-12 for 2 sets each arm
25-12 for 2 sets each arm.....what i really like doing is when i can't do any more i like to come up a quarter of the way then bounce it up alittle higher until its all the way up (thats what she said)

overhead cambered bar extensions
95-12 for 4 sets

cable curls- light weight for about 16 reps an arm

rope pushdown superset with rope hammer curl light weight 12 reps for 4 sets, about 30 seconds rest in between to make sure i kept a pump
