Just like with lifting, consistency is key...

Remember, you have to put as much effort into recovery as you do the exercise, especially as your lifts progress (and as you age!).

You grow in the rest phase and your muscles can only get as big as the fascia around them allows. A supple fascia = bigger muscles!
