Ok, I know you're all sad that I haven't posted on this, but I've been busy as hell this past week or so, so here's my workouts.

(6/9) Wanted to not stress my low back out more than it already has been, so I stayed away from using it.

Leg press- 3 plates x8, 5 plates x5, 6 plates for 4 sets of 5.

DBOH press- 65'sx5, x5. 70'sx5, x5, x5

BP- 135x5, 205x4, x3, x3. 185 x5, x5

t-bar rows (supported)- 2 plates x6, 3x5, x5, x5, x5, then did as many as I could with "2.5" plates, then 2 plates, then 1.5, then 1. Pretty intense stuff.

Deadlifts- 135x5, 225x5, 315x3, 365x3, 405x1, 315x12

Incline DB press- 70x5...

And for some reason I stopped writing what I did. I think that was the day where I just decided to pyramid everything and I got lazy with writing things down.

Squats- 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 275x3, 295x2 I was able to maintain good form, despite going a bit below parallel, so I was happy with that.

DBOH press- 65x5, x5, 55x5, x6 Don't know what happened here. Maybe my CNS was tired from squats?

BP- 135x5, 185x5, x5, x5, x5, x5, x5 Felt better by the last set.

BOBB rows- 135x5, 185x5, x5, x5, x5, x5

Leg press- 6plates for 5x5

Stiff-legged dealifts- 135x5, 225x5, 275x5, x5, 295x5, x5 These felt pretty easy. Definitely gonna be 315+ next workout.

dips- didn't do em, blasted the crap out of my tris on wednesday and still way too sore by this day.

1 arm DB rows- 80'sx5, 90'sx5, 100'sx5, 110x5, 120x2 Found some guy's straps on the floor so I decided to use em before I brought em to the front desk. Sorry dude whoever that was. I thought they were the gym's at first.

DB rows are really fun with straps, I was able to lift a lot more, since I didn't have any problems with slippage, or having to concentrate on gripping the bar.

I felt pretty strong today, good stuff.

Ok, so I had to make up 35 hours of research in one week, so I decided to take the week off.

I procured some Prime for $27.95 , and Pink Magic for $62.99, and was planning to run a 4 week log of both of them. Does that qualify me for the free supplement deal?

Basically, with this, I want to pack on as much muscle and strength as possible before I start to do the anabolic diet.
