Today was painful...
Started out with Snatches
3x5
75#,95#,95#

Then went to a medley.. 4sets
Axle C&P/ Log C&P/ One arm DB C&P
208/ 180/ 100

Default Strongman Saturday

I warmed up with a little KB to get the back loosened up..
3x10

Then started with stones over the 48" yoke
90#x10 presses
175x3
225x2
240x1
260x1
285x Miss x and then tried for it again and got it..
310x 2 misses.. I dont know what Im doing wrong but when I try to explode the stone keeps pushing me back. Then when I go for the second attempt im blasted from the first attempt. I tried the hip explosion and I couldnt get my hips to explode. Its the riddle of steel with this stone. I dont know what to do.

Then went out and hit yoke for 100'
380#x 4 trips

Today was okay. I mean you have days that you feel like crap afterwards but when you come back the next week you break the damn wall down, and your stronger than ever. I just have to stay positive.

Default ME Upper Body

I started up with some Cleans and Box Jumps
135x2 (4 sets)
32"x2 (4 sets0

Some snatches..
2x5 75# snatches
1x5 ea. arm

Then went to push press with the axle..
10x3 135# w/ the purple band with the mini basket
195x3 with no bands
225x3 with no bands (felt easy)

Then went to farmers walk for max effort
175X60'
200x60'
250x30'
260x50'

Then for some supp. work I hit Pendlay rows
135x5
185x5
225x5
250x5
260x5

Im thinking the pendlay rows will help out alot on the pick of the stones.. So we will see if doing these consistently will show in stone work.
