Default Upperbody

It's been near a week since I last trained. Family, work, and other obligations have kept me out of the gym. Did some upper body work.
Warmed up with some box jumps. A few sets of doubles up to 32-34".
Axle Press from stands
128x3
163x3
178x3
198x3 (90%)
208x1 (95%)
208x2 (95%)
198x3 (90%)
203x3 (92%)
203x2 (92%)
A little slow on my explosion. Can definitely tell its been a week.
Did a few reps on axle cleans with 178, 198, and 203.
Log Incline Press- 35 degree angle
150x10
170x5x2
170x4
Not too bad all things considered. Hopefully back on track next week. 10 weeks from Sat. until contest. Have to re-focus after the last couple weeks, and re-vamp the upcoming training schedule.

Glad you're able to get back at it Nobbit. Good numbers regardless of the week off.
