Default Jwill's strong log

Today I warmed up with Snatches 2x5 95# just to get the shoulders warmed up.

We started with log press in the rack. We used the purple band in choker and mini band in basket 110x3
130x3
150x3
170x1
190 missed
We took the bands off...
190x2
210x1
230x 3 misses
230x1 PR
We then hit axle cleans with 190 5x5
Bumped the weight up to start working on continental cleans 215 5x5
Bumped up the weight again to go to straight continental cleans every rep 225x5

Ended the night with supersetting Strict press with 115 and DARTS 80lb db
6x5

So hit a PR which Im stoked about, so training is going very well right now.
