Stones over 52" yoke
240x0x2- just short on both attempts
Little warmup, the 240 over 52" would have been a PR.
I was ok with the stones, this height is throat level for me, I'm only 5'3(63")
Yoke (been a couple weeks since i've hit these, so the weights felt heavy)
470x50 no drops
470x75 (2 drops)
520x couple steps- just feeling out the weight
Conans Wheel using Yoke
just feeling this out, back and legs already tired from yoke walk, just feeling out the conans wheel
Looks intense. What type of warmups, or what warmup approach do you generally do for stones?
For this workout I was running late and they had already started the stones, I felt pretty good so I just warmed up with the lighter stones and jumped in.
