Tough workout tonight. Diet sucked today, had no explosion.
Log Clean and Press
205x0 Missed 5 attempts before finally getting one clean.
At least the clean was a PR
190x3 cleans no presses
Inclined Log Press
180x1, dropped to 150x6
Ended up with Elbows out inclined tri ext
shoulder acting up dropped to 45x10
