Strongman ME Lower Body
warmed up with 6x2 box jumps and hang cleans
went up to 37" on the jumps and 175 on the hang cleans
Cambered Bar Good Mornings- started with triples up to 185
205, 225, 235, 250 x1 PR... hit 265x1 but it was high
Front Squats on box just below parallel- 225x5 PR, 215x2, 205x5x3
added weight releasers 255/205x1, 275/205x1
Decent workout, hit some PR's.
