Default ThickLegs McDeadlift: 5/3/1

Some quick notes since I'm new here. I'm a powerlifter, a chick, and a ridiculous smart @ss. Right now I'm working the 5/3/1 and doing some low-carb/leangains trying to lose a bit of the pudge. Currently -15.

Bench

@BendTheBar: Eventually, yes! There's a push/pull near me on the 15th but I'm going to miss it for vacation.

Welcome to the forum! Good lifts. I'm currently running a 531 myself. I just started my third cycle. You can't beat it for rapid strength gains.
