I have been MIA, work, stress, puppy having surgery. Weak sauce appearance at the gym:

Today:
walk/run/kb swings for 30 minutes.

Chiro appointment this morning, doc says "looks like you're internalizing some stress," as he cranks my neck like bone bubble wrap.

Tuesday! My first Olympic Weightlifting session with Coach M!

Olympic Weightlifting session: holy balls I think I'm in love with this sport.

My ass is sore, my thumbs are red and raw, I'm going to be walking funny in a minute; and I just spent $130 on shoes, signed up for weightlifting camp and entered the Keystone Games.

Why did I not try this 5 years ago?

Components of the snatch, since that was the most technical. Then I did cleans for a bit, and some front squats. I am so freaking sore today it's not even funny.
