I guess so. Have you ever competed in 100% Raw? Just wondering if they have meets up there?

No, only USAPL, but I do lift raw. I wouldn't even know where to look for that. You have a link?

I think it's going to be Flyers and Blackhawks for The Cup...

No offense, but GO BLACKHAWKS! haha

Cool

warm-up walk
Dutch Lowy
foam roller

Deadlift (sumo... always!)
105 x 5
135 x 5
160 x 3
----belt----
200 x 5
210 x 5
225 x 5

Good Morning
45 x 3
95 x 3
100 x 3
100 x 3
100 x 3

Glute Ham Raise
BW x 10
BW x 10
BW x 10

Swiss Ball Sit-up
25 x 10
25 x 10
25 x 10

Notes: Still breaking in my belt. This is the first time wearing it with Sumo DLs. The belt really really f*cks with my set up. However I can see how it helps with creating abdominal pressure and keeps me from curling my trunk forward at the top of a heavy lift. So, I'm going to keep the belt with DLs... but I'm going to whine about it. Repeatedly. Still playing with how tight I want to wear it. No matter where I put it or how tight it is when I get down to the bar it's pinching my hip fat. Thankfully I have no one that I need to explain THAT bruise to.

Only used BW on the GHR... because I couldn't figure out how to get the attachment on the leg part. Also didn't think the high school kid at the desk was versed in Westside equipment so I just left it.

Abs. Still need work. Still being lazy about it.

Some crossfit-like class going on in front of the racks while I was lifting. 99% sure I'm now "that scary girl that lifts" to all of them. Might have been the snorting.

They are a great group. I sponsored their World's last year. I think you could compete in the Worlds and do very well

Keep your belt rolled up and wrapped tight, one day inwards the next day outwards. When it is rolled put heavy objects on it, hand roll it yourself for a grip workout, over time they break in. Good Lifting!

I hand roll it, I've parked my car on it... it's just a long process. Thanks!
