Default ThickLegs McDeadlift: 5/3/1

Some quick notes since I'm new here. I'm a powerlifter, a chick, and a ridiculous smart @ss. Right now I'm working the 5/3/1 and doing some low-carb/leangains trying to lose a bit of the pudge. Currently -15.

Bench

Squat

Deadlift

Missed 305. Twice. Stupid gravity.
