I'm thinking I'm going to switch to singles on my Bench. It's easier to get my form right that way, and it doesn't kill my joints as much.

Thanks everyone!

On a side-note, I actually couldn't get ahold of those Chucks. Seems they're ~$60 this side of the border (THE FUK!?!). As such, I had to buy a different kind, but I think they'll be ok for lifting. Got em a size smaller so they'll be nice and supportive.

Good work with the deadz, but unless I'm mistaken, you still owe us a deadlift video.

I wear deadlift slippers for the dead and Olympic weightlifting shoes for the squat.

13th single was slow, grinding, and soul-crushing. hahaha I was pretty damn sure I wouldn't get another rep...4 more than last time.

Besides the Lat pump, these were uber-easy. Going to do all my sets weighted from now on.

Couldn't find Chucks for a good price, so I got some knock-off brand that work pretty much the same. They have good grip, and I think they'll be ok to pull in.

Nice squats. Did they start to feel easier after the first couple? I know the last one sucked but was wondering if your CNS started to wake up after a couple.
