ok been a while since i've been on but i am still hitting the weights... nowhere near my goal as of yet but i have gained 20 lbs since you last heard from me... had to knock off shoulders for a while to build rotator... better now bench is up to 155lbs workout weight... still haven't done a one rep max... dont really care about that yet... curl 80lbs bar... have more later... got class...

question at 6'2" 180lbs is 225 dl decent with metal in back? just wondered... off to the gym then lunch and shake

Looks good to me. 315 still feels heavy to me.

oh chili mac... how i love thee... next up oatmeal chocolate cookies... just throwing one up because no one here(at college) really understands that lifting is what helps me get through the day without strangling idiots... or worse... anger management doesn't work for me... iron does... and its addictive... you look in the mirror and see shapes you didn't have before... start to see how much easier it is to get weight up... on to the next obstacle... just throwing that out there

i think i'm getting sick... woke up with whole body hurting... it got a little better by lunch...
went to the gym and had literally no energy by the time i got done... i even skipped static holds... here's what i got done anyway...

OK.. i have never really worked legs seriously... fridays are supposed to be leg days... well i did a little bit yesterday... my legs are woefully under-conditioned... is there anyway i can improve my lower range on a squat? would going back to a 20-rep help? my legs(by mass) are the weakest part of my body...
