I have ran just about every preworkout that has came out, so i know my PWOs you could say :)
My rotation is mon-sat with sunday off. I take of an extra day during the week whenever my body feels drained. My workout just goes in this kind of rotation....one bodypart a day. "I go heavy and hard"...Branch Warren. I am really lean bulking so for my workouts i will be moving the most weight for the most reps as possible. you will see when i post up my workout tonight.
LEGS: legs are every friday no matter what, because I do them with my trainer.
Abs every other day
My Diet will be real lean with just enough carbs to keep me going. I will throw up a few of my meals for you guys.

i took two scoops and let me tell you it is like taking 3-4 scoops of many other preworkouts, no joke.

had Legs today and wow, had energy throughout the whole long ace workout...and my leg workouts are intense to say the least! starting to feeling that "full" feeling all day, like da gunz are pumped all day

Superset leg ext. and leg curls:
dont remember the weights but i did 12 each set for each lift...did it three sets
