Thanks BTB! I think all of us go through stages in our training & diet- some just dont wanna admit it- when it comes down to it, we've just gotta make it priority- something thats as important as going to work every day, or brushing yer teeth- youve gotta make it happen- you make your habits, then your habits make u!

31-05-10
Shoulders n Biceps

shoulder press 9x8-10@ 16kg
front raises 9x10@ 7kg dbs
side raises 9x10@10kg dbs
rear delt raises 9x10@10kg dbs
alt bicep curls 9x10@10kg dbs
concentration curls 9x10@10kg dbs

Ive really gotta concentrate on building my front delts a bit- theyre lacking because I didnt train them off some advice given me years ago and now Im paying for it. I cant wait to get some nice round fullness to them so they match my middle and rear nicely-
20mins crosstrainer

Amen to that. This year I've really tried to turn this into a lifestyle.

Have you ever tried seated military press with just a slight incline back? Almost like a high incline bench?

Good to hear BTB! its the only way to make REAL progress and achieve REAL results- everybody knows it, ya just gotta make the decision to cross over...so to speak. One of my biggest probs is ppl criticising me and saying I'm over the top and blah blah blah.. theyre just jealous they havent got the same level of commitment needed to get themselves into shape- I always say to them, stop talking about it..and make it happen! now!, not tomorrow!
Funny you should bring up the military press cuz Ive just started doing shoulder press', front raises and since the gyms bench doesnt incline all the way up I guess u could say Im doing a slight decline press aswell:-S I'll let u know how I get on thankyou for your support dude its great to be able to get on here, and have ppl to discuss training with. It's hard when training's your passion and you feel like others dont wanna hear it. Awesome site dude thanks again!

Amen.

I always tell my wife and kids. When you commit to something positive, many people will smack talk you behind your back because they are jealous.
