Hey BTB basically I go straight from weighted squats into 2/3 squats(no weight) with no rest to achieve ultimate failure- I works really well- burns like a b!tch but feels ohhsooogooood Not sure on the reps- varies but prob around 20-25?? I like to pause on the last one too
