btw i lifted today after pitching in my baseball game this morning...sucked. you know what i'm talking about haha lifting with a sore arm isn't fun

let me give you some advice bro and this is coming from a guy who helped teach me he once played for the boston red sox. He's older now and teaches pitchers. Your coach will say ice your arm don't do it. I NEVER ICE MINE. I mean no it wouldn't hurt you to ice it but its not doing anything its numbing it for a few minutes the next morning it will be hurting.

haha i never do, i threw three innings and i was feeling it while bench pressing, trying to avoid lifting and baseball on the same day from now on. Or at least lift before baseball

Once i threw 205 pitches in one game now i know your thinking (bull****) but they were counted i pitched into the 9th inning it was a tied up game at 2 to 2 and i told my coach dont take me out. I got to where i would throw and couldnt feel my arm anymore lol.

he was scared if he took me out and put somebody else in that it may be hazardous lol if they walked someone. Yeah i felt kinda bad the next day

Good stuff here coop, hit this hard, I am subbed and will watch this closely. This is a great program, give it all you got and you will see some serious gains.

205 pitches is not a smart idea. I agree with the ice thing, I never really iced mine. But I would suggest a little ice just around the elbow if it ever bothers you. Icing does nothing for the muscles.

We have a playground across the street from us and would play baseball all day. I think I threw 400 pitches a day every day for half my life. I remember pitching when my arm was "thrown out" so many times.

Anyway. I never threw 200 with a hardball. that would be a bit tougher.
