I think they market it as like crystalline fructose or something too.

Default so many things i want to try guys.

I want to know opinions on these im about to name.

First can anyone find a good video of CGBP.

Sometime in this progran i want to set a day where i do a tom platz leg workout, maybe on a friday where i feel that pain on the weekend lets me know i did some serious work that week.

Also the first week i would like to burn up the triceps. CGBP AND SKULL CRUSHERS IN ALL 3 WORKOUTs THAT WEEK. Now the 2nd week i will start the normal workout with regular BP also. I just think the first week would be a nice start at getting the tri's ready since their an aide in the bench press.

Also after i run the program a few weeks i may setup sheiko bench press.

What do you guys think

Coop, I think you should stick to the program as it is for at least a month, it is a very solid program and i do not see the need to kill your triceps the first week.

Don't burnout the triceps. You won't have trained for a while. They will be sore enough as is. If you kill them, you might shoot yourself into the foot. Work each set hard as opposed to adding work in to up the intensity.

Remember to ease in and and make course corrections instead of rushing in and tripping, if that makes sense...
