Default MikeC's Minimal Log of Lifting

I keep it simple. I've been lifting for a long time, am not the strongest guy in the world, but I make due. I don't overtrain because I don't need to. I try to do the minimum necessary to make gains, and after a decade, I pretty much have this figured out. I never switch routines, and rarely switch exercises.

Bench Press - 135 x 10, 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 280 x 16
Flyes - 35 x 25

Seated Military Press - 45 x 10, 95 x 10, 135 x 5, 185 x 19
Side Laterals - 35 x 20

Skullcrushers - 45 x 10, 95 x 5, 125 x 17

Didn't expect this warm of a welcome. Thanks everyone. To answer the question about my program, I stick to a push-pull-legs style and do one heavy set per exercise.
