this would be left to a matter of opinion. mostly being yours. for me i am a hard gainer too and i never worry about eating to much i always worry about eating to little. every meal i eat i want to make my stomach hurt. but i use the approach of 3 x-large meals and snacks and protein inbetween. if you are looking to bulk and you are not eating dirty i think as much food as you can shove in the hole is fine.

thats what i have been doing just eating when i am hungry appriomx every 3 hours lol, and eat until i am sick but i am eating clean alot of clean its we bit pricey but prefer the healthy food approach,

although if i ate 5000 calories a day or just as much as i could on clean foods does that reduce fat gain?

let me know mate

thanks for the advice mate

(personal i do get parnoid but at same time i love eating more:P lol)

its only day 5 lol but i was thinking 4 weeks bulking much caloreis and then another bottle of HGHUP and slowly cut down opinions

and thanks again for all the advice!

there is no getting around storing a little fat when you are bulking. the extra calories will do this to your body naturally. but with cleaner foods the less fat being in them the less fat you should store in your body. there is nothing wrong with puttin a little fat on during bulk especially since it will help alot with strength gains also. it will keep muscles and joints well lubricated and should make you recover quicker after hard workouts. just don't sit down and eat a bag of chips, 2 liter of soda, and a king size brownie sundae to get your calories up and should be good.

i wouldn't unless you start to see cheese and mayo lookin fatty parts on your body. if your fat is just plumpness and full then you're good. if you're fat starts to look like giggly legs on a 400lb woman than i would cut them out.

It's almost impossible to eat 100% clean and avoid things like bread crumbs, etc. I would just concentrate on getting your calories, eating a lot of clean foods, and filling in the gaps with whatever else you desire such as chicken burgers.
