I feel pretty good on my diet but when I travel it's hard to eat for me. I tend to live on protein bars and beef jerky.

ah mate just got 2500 calories tonight lol, but burned 600 including the row machine and cross trainer and whatever in interval so all good lol,

you ever pack your meals? i buy bulk oreder chicken and put my veg in a container with my beans microvave them and have the chicken defrost over night then fire it in cointaner so i ahve a meal on the go. just a suggestion, although portein bars are yumm and beff jerky ;P

I don't pack meals for road trips. TO be honest I barely have time to shower with my busy life

really that bad, jesus mate lol, well could to know you still choose a protein bar or beef jerky over, a dam chocalte bar or a pie lol,

whats your view on articifcal sweetner? lol random

1st month 3 caps morning 3 caps night/neovar
2 week in 2 2nd month 3 caps morning 2 caps night
2 weeks left of 2nd month 3 caps morning 3 caps night
3 month 3 caps morning 3 caps night,

gains 70kg to 84kg within 4-5 weeks
cutted i stay between 77-78kg (weighed on a sunday with nothing in me)

very very happy with hghup, although i say stacked with neovar and your flying and a good diet.

try it again?

yes i would but maybe adventure to a prohormone epi, time will tell 4 weeks now of till i can try something, time to introduce creatine back!

4 egg whites/veg/harciot beans
protein shake 60g
1 large rump steak/veg/harciot beans
2 chicken breasts/veg/harciot beans

flavoured water
2-3 slices ham and some goats cheese

Gym:

neck bridges 30sx5
leg riases 12x5/plank 30sx5

reistance oblque turns 12x6/weighted leg raises 12x6
30kg dumbell v ups 10x5/oblique twiists 20kg 10x5

hamstring extension/calve

I don't hate them. All things in moderation. As long as you're not using a ton of them I don't see an issue with artificial sweeteners.
