Meals look good, the last meal of night is good also.

Are you drinking more than just 2 bottles of water? If not drink more!

And your bulking so you need to increase your cals more 3500-4000 will be more ideal, looking at your frame are you a hard gainer?

Cool Day 3

HEllO ALL

ok I am from Uk so 73 Kg is 161lbs :P and today i woke up and i am 166 lbs but this is water weight lol i assuming.

ok didnt get a good nights sleep i think Hghup doesnt agree with me sleeping but i will still keep dose it says others use all 5 at night or morning, also others say it makes you sleep better i do however when i wake up in morning am not tired but get lack of sleep lol.

sorry i labeled them as free foods, i drink alot of water in gym nearly 4 litres, coming to summer and gym real hot, and the women add to that :P

i will look at zig zag diet now!

Diet today:

2 eggs 2 eggs white alot of vegatables
coffee mixed with glutamine/creatine/cinammon/splenda
protein shake with flaxseed/neovar
Neovar
Two smoked cod/ full can pinto beans and haricot beans/ lots of vegatables/mushrooms/flavoured water
smoked cobbler/chicken/haricot beans two cans. vegatables or Chili con carne (mince,pinto beans/haricotbeans and some tuna mixed in lol dont ask and tomato puree lower in sugar)
My Power Cake with MIlk
(whey protein/flaxseed/yogurt 0 fat/splenda optional nutes or berris 2 eggs and 2 egg whites)

i think this goes to about 3000 calories today its just i we bit parnoid about yesterday.


Gym TIME! ( i do use a stop watch)
Hindu press ups as many as i can in 30x2 secs
Shoulder dips
5x5 30 secs rest between 1 set
1m 30 secs rest
Weighted vest 5x5 20 secs rest between each set
water

shoulder pull (dumbell) single arm 30 secs rest each weight
10x1 20Kg
10x1 22.5KG
10x1 25Kg

1min 30 secs rest

water

Shoulder press machine

one arm 30 secs rest

lat pull down 30 secs rest each set

30 secs holding out 5x1( it builds lower back lying on the floor)

20kg plate pulls 30 secs rest each set

12x5

snap catch dumbells 7.5KG ( you let go of dumbell then catch it as fast as possible)
10x5 front ways and side ways.

20kg kart push up and down 5x5 no rest till failure

resistance band shoulder work

10x10

Cross trainer

cross ramp 12
reistance 6-9 30 minutes

ok before you say anything i do jujitsu and mma other sports, i do lot of runs like mini marathons swimming etc.

Finally i not sure what body type i am but i know my natual weight was 81kg before i ever started eating right and cutting weights for fights etc.

neovar i think of using at preworkout

Feelings after all that great pumped and was ready for more

went home and used kettlebells for my back lol

neovar already bringing out my veins
From day one i felt my strength go way way up at gym.

i think for four weeks bulk and then get another hghup bottle and slowy cut then.

my mood is good.

i will not lie but last night i didnt have the bacon etc i had 2 cans of heinz weight watcher beans ( there my mums and reduced sugar lol) mixed with tuna and chiken and after that had cottage cheese

and my power muffins

Hghup has to be taken on a empty stomach before or after 2 hours i waited 3 hours after that big meal lmao

p.s lets just say the next morning all that fibre came out in the end lol


please dont hate the way i workout i do alot of interval and circits etc

But i do days where i follow pavel 5x5 program and conctentrate on compound movements

i have never dead lifted i usually hindu squat so i will start tommorrow dead lifting as its avery big muscle builder.


last notes:
have in my head to just eat normally and see the effects of hghup but bulking i enjoy the extra big meals lmao

well i have to say looks like the sleep kicking in , took hghup last night and was out for the count up at 10 to take 3 more caps, eating at half 11.

Recover time is insane i am not sorefrom yesterday
oh yeah some bacon and two eggs and vegatables for breakfast will write up more later on

ok my gym dumbell only go to to 32,5kg but i dont mind i will use intervial and more circuit to cause constant motion and switch it up for best results.

Diet

1 unsmoked bacon chop/1 egg/1 egg white/ lots of vegatables
coffee/creatine/bcaa/cinnamon/splenda
whey protein/flaxseed/mixed fruit juice/neovar

500g mince (bit parnoid about this) mixed full can baked beans/pinto/spices and some tomato puree

ok later on i am thinking having two cans of tuna with some chicken and melted 3 slices of cheese and some vegs

or could really go for some more chili con carne
another 500g i totaled up excactly how many calories in my chili con carne 1800calories so should i have some more chili cause

HGHUP IS REALLY INCREASING APPETITE NOW!

advice if ok to eat more chili corne carne?

i looked at zig zag diet and didnt get much time but

day 1 is about 4000 calories day 2 3500 day 4 3500 and tonight thinking hitting that 5000 calories to keep body quessing?

also regards to the saturated fat in mince i am no pussy ill live lol


finally let me know about eating 1kg mince with beans etc let me know

parnoid i will put to much weight on but belt size havent moved so all good but weight has gone up

My veins are really showing in arms and forarms loving it

ok finally what is hardgainer? am i hardgainer i dont understand this :P please explain and dont slag me lol

final words

very happy after last night sleep tommorrow is rest day

i train 6 days a week i mix intense days with light days but with this fast healing from HGHUP i think i could hi it hard every single day lol

well let me know asap about my last big meal both are delicous to me so let me know asap

chili corn carne or two cans tuna melted cheese and chicken and lots of vegatables

let e know i am on for another 5 minutes so if anyone reading let me know

ok i tried and i think i have gotten to 4000-5000 calories

i just ate

3 cans of tuna, lots of mayo with a packet of sliced cheese and 4 beef burgers
including the other two cans of tuna and chicken mixed vegatables and cheese i feel so sick and parnoid that i have ate so much

stomach feels like to explode but i now i have got a **** load of protein in me and drunk two litres there feeling a bit sick guys

and partying in a hour

uh feel like i ant to pass out, ah well lots of protein in me lol

Sorry I was late to respond. Just keep track of your weekly calories and watch that scale. If you do start to gain too much weight you can always pull back.
