lads i am at 83kg should i get to 85kg then cut cause i was 70kg now 83kg so should i start cutting and clebrate this week with a blow out lol :P hahah oj let me know i dont know what to do i think i am heavy enough

Those are good gains HK well done! If you think you still have more room to bulk and gain muscle keep going. That way you'll have more to show off for your cut.

i like the way you think sk i will continue bulking even if it means a bit more of a tummy i can still see me abs a wee bit, so all good i will try to get to 85 or 90kg getting harder now i crave crap now but these baked beans are saving me

I'm always for a food blowout!

Do you own a skinfold caliper? Just curious what your back muscle/bodyfat is...

It might be good to take a bulking break for a month.

well got some work next week friday night and saturday night doing some door work , 90 quid two nights work not bad

Bend the bar i am bit tight on money but in the next few days i will order one saw one for 8 quid on ebay mate so will do,

Killer volume HG - Makes it all feel worth while when you get comments like that. Keep up the hard work.

I've just started my HGH Max from universal, feels like my mid section is tighten up, feeling bigger in general, haven't had the appetite issues that you've been logging tho.
