Today I ran about 3 miles. check my nike runs here. It's a really cool tool. You just need the sensor/watch and compatible shoes!

My goals are changing a bit as far as what I'm working in exercise. I'm going to begin my running class tomorrow, which does 2 nights a week, about 4 miles each night, running outside with a group of people. I also want to start adding morning cardio into my week, totalling about 6 cardio sessions, with one off day. For weight training, 5 days. I know this is a lot of working out, but I consider myself an athlete these days, able to handle uphill runs and intervals to the max! As well as pounding out some major weights;) for a chick! Progress update at end of this week. Tonight going to do ABS for workout and then some calves.
