I think the bird just wanted to eat some of that good food. lol. seriously though, great job. I agree it is much easier to stick to a diet if you prepare everything ahead of time. I usually do 2-3 days of cooking ahead of time. Keep it up!

I've decided I'm going to stop lifting for 2 weeks, with the exception of shoulders and glutes. I haven't taken a week off in a year and a half since I started, just became addicted! So 2 weeks is in order, where I will be doing lots of cardio, intervals, plyo's. Looking forward to shock my body. No more eating after 8pm and no more peanut butter with protein at night. Also, it's been 2 weeks since I quit caffeine. I have been having green tea but that's all good!
Things are looking up. It's going to be a beautiful day and studying for my Personal Trainer Certification at Notre Dame Bookstore as well as working on my Business Plan.
