I have been using Eric Broser's PRRS Training System since 2000. Prior to that I was just doing basic power lifting. My goal for now is just to get my shoulder 100%. The right one is 100%, so I know I can get the left one there as well.
My main goal will be to compete next April or May 2011.
Here's a link to Eric Broser's site.
