Hey guys/gals!!!! I'm back at it after a severe r/c surgery in Nov. Tore the whole tendon off the bone along with a partial tear of the upper bicep tendon.
Its healing up great and I'm back at it slowly
am cardio 60 min walk/jog
All afternoon yard work 2-3 hours worth.
am cardio 70 min leisure walk
Rack Deads pins set at mid shin
Bar rows 2 sets OH 2 sets RG
200x12,12 switch 210x10,10
Pulldowns super set with db rows
cg seated row
some abs tossed in.
Kre-Generator post 2 scoops
7 oz venison burger
2 cups string beans
