It was the Spring of 04. I came in a bit heavy. We were on a family vacation 5 weeks prior to the show, I flattened out big time. I thought I could keep my condition while on our FL trip, but it was sorta ugly,LOL
Brian Briggs said had I came in harder I wouldve taken the over all. But, thats the past and I had fun, thats all that matters!!

Thanks my friend
Right now, its a time frame issue. I have to pick my stepdaughter up after her practice.
20-30 minutes worth of biking for now, M/W/F. In 2 weeks, it will change greatly. I need to get some abs back, they disappeared after my surgery! LOL

I did get up a few of those mornings and did some pretty descent cardio. With the hours I keep, it could kick my butt. I'm aiming for MTF this week.
I'll get some kcals posted this week, fingers crossed!
