Alright, I have had a busy month of April and May looks the same, LOL
5/4/10
Legs..Quads/Hammies/Calves
8 min bike warm up..
leg press 120x15 warm up
leg press 600x12,650x12,700x12
leg ext 150x12,12,160x12
1 leg leg press 140x10
seated leg curls
180x12,190x12,200x10,205x10
Glute Ham raises..partials with a 35 lb plate held in arms
3 sets x10 right into sldl [light mainly for stretch] 135x15
4 sets seated calf raise 2 sets standing calf
No post cardio

Am cardio 70 min power walk with dog!! up and down some good hills, ranging from 3* incline-17* incline.
LOL at all the bear crap I have seen.
small air horn and pepper spray with. The good kind from a state patrol officer friend!

Nothing like a little OC repellent! Wish I could hang like that on the cardio, I'm doing good to get through 20-30 min of intervals..lol

Well, to answer your question a few months late...
I met Eric over at the IM forum boards 10 years ago. I have yet to shake the guys hand or split a steak. But when he said to try his PRRS training system, which I think I was somewhat a guinea pig. I saw great results after the first 18 wks. I did 2- 9 weeks cycles of PRRS and was hooked ever since.
Yes, I have competed in WI state shows. I do plan on getting on stage again. I'm aiming for the fall of 2011. I have some serious ab work to do!

Tank BTW did we ever do any shows together when I was able to walk? I did the INBF spring and fall shows in Madison. 1999-2004

Yes, in 02 and 03 I help Ford backstage with Holly and my friend Rick Miller from Barron WI was judging, and in 04 I competed. I remembered you Rich!

2004 I missed that fall show. Thats when I was recovering from my arm going threw the paper rewinder. This spring Holly had other things going on and a new expiditer. Holly was the best she hit timing within a few mins every time. 2002 is when I won the State Light weight class and went to overall. That was a fun pose down. Got beet out by Raymer(I think his name is) and his belly roll. lol You know I kind of remember you, but you know the diet fog. Which way did he go? Which way did he go?
