Calves seated 5 sets/ standing calves 3 sets
Finished off legs/calves with walking lunges....WTF was I thinking!!!!

1/28/13
Semi human today...I wasnt flu sick, but my bodywas fighting something. I slept 14 hrs straight one day/night. I went snow shoeing Saturday, came home and repeated my sleep pattern again.
Today was better...Am Snowshoeing 70 minutes...Beautiful morning, snowing and about 28* out!
PM whole body workout followed by 40 min cardio. Still sum what fatigued.

Its really not that bad Steve...Its great cardio, I just got in from another outing. Our trail is lighted.. it follows a cross crounty ski route. I was chasing a coyote around the fields, or it was chasing me, LOL

Am cardio...70-75 minutes snowshoeing. 2 ThermadeX caps 20 minutes prior. Took 40 oz water mixed with 1/4 serving Prodigy, 10 grams bcaa's 5-6 grams glutamine.
Got called into work for 4 hours to work on my redi mix truck
Pm...gonna chill out...sorta still feeling the crud!!!
