thanks man... i'm loving the shoulder workouts!

When on vacation just make sure you get enough calories and some good protein. I know when I am on vacation I eat steak like a champ, so it usually helps me. Don't worry about it too much one week won't kill you in your long training journal.

I highly recommend buying better than steroids and I think it is better to get it in print. This book is a great resource, I have looked at it almost every day since I started reading it. His methods are pretty simple and easy to follow.

I also need to get my diet straightened out, but I will worry about that later, I am just eating a ton of calories right now.

will do man! i'll be eating a ton...

i plan to buy better than steroids possibly on on vacation, so i have something to read while chilling at the beach (when not chasing ladies) or in the car... infact i may buy it tomorrow.
