Default Sep 14th, started my clean up and cutting faze today.

Here are my starting stats:
Last comp 130 lbs ripped

Now 168 and 14.5 % B/F being 143 lbs LBM
Thats a 13 lb increase in 6 to 7 months of bulk. Being only upper body gains I feel it was a good bulk for a natural.

Being it was a 7 piont pinch test I think it is closer to 8-10 lbs gain but thats still good.

Ok on to the nutrition- At this piont no cardio yet but lowered macros to the following.
Pro= 195, Carbs = 161, Fats = 46. refeeds every Sat. carbs will be 261
I wont post macro's every day just if they change seen as you all know I hit them exactaly on every day.
I will post my sup regiment tomarow.

Followed by this.



Weighted Bench dip with 265 lbs on my lap for 3 reps but can go no higher or my left knee will snap.

Db Pull Overs with a 100 lbs again. Tri insearts on left arm tender so stopped at 5 reps.

The rest was all sat and rep range sets. Over all a great work out.
75 min gym time.

Looking at your bulking numbers. Great job Rich. Videos are inspiring. Great effort. Anything over a couple pound muscle gain is sweet.
