Default Another quick session today...

Leaving work in a few minutes, then UPS for a pick up, then home and lift. I need to be done and showered to go out by 4:30 at the latest...heading to the Celtics game tonight in Boston.. Hoping they close out the series and extinguish the Heat...

Back and Shoulders today, going to try to really burn through Shoulders..always need to take it slow with my back. Probably just some good ol Lat Pulls and Low Rows, with a few DLs in the mix...

I just watched the Bucks mascot jump off a 25 foot ladder, backflip and throw down a slamdunk...****ing cool man..

Diet

Not good.... Usual eggs, then peanuts, then chicken and rice... and topped off with a Double QP, Fries and Root Beer from McDs....oh, but it was so yummy, and yet so nasty at the same time... Also had a few beers at the Celtics game..

So, I'm caught up now... 3 PRs in 2 workouts! I'm pretty psyched right now.. And it goes on with the aweseomness tomorrow. No work, all day to get a bunch of stuff done, time to brew again on Saturday! And finaly getting some trees felled on Sunday...Damn, I got a lot to do!!

I'm giving myself a TC x2 with the companion dancing sheeps!!!...

Default Ugghh!

So no workout last Friday, April 30th. I played 18 holes, and did a bunch of yardwork. Outside all day, plenty of regular excersise. My back is thanking me today for the extra rest..

As for the weekend, it was a blur as usual..lots of food, lots of beers...but all gone now, for another week.. I'm eating more to try and pack on a few more pounds, from 4 to 6 eggs in the AM, an extra egg white sandwich, and more variety for dinner..

Also today started the addition of Mass Addiction from Anabolic..4x a day for 30 days. Will run that stacked with T-Bol for another 2 weeks, then just MA for a test booster..

Today brings a ****ty session for sure.. It was hot as hell this weekend, and I have not put in my window AC units yet, so I'm sure the gym room will be a cozy 85 degrees.. I'll probably throw down a set, then get outta there and stand next to the fan in between sets..
