monday- legs
tuesdays-chest, triceps,
wednesday- shoulders,forearms
thursday- back, lats, biceps,
saturday- all round bodyblast
sunday- rest

Meal plan:

6am breakfast- 30g oats + skimmed milk
3 egg whites + 1 egg yolk scrambled, protein shake

9.30am- 100g chicken breast, bannana

12.00pm- 150g of tuna, 30g of wholemeal pasta, mixed vegtables

2.30-100g chicken breast, bannana, one scoop of muscle and weight gainer

preworkout- 20g whey protein mixed with water

postworkout- one scoop of muscle and weight gainer

evening meal- chicken, baked potato, mixed vegtables

10pm- protein shake

I like your meal plan. I really can't give much advise. I can give modivation though. Hit it hard.

I find it's so difficult for me to give feedback on food intake when mine is so different from most others, but the one thing I can say is that you should really be sure you have a solid breakfast, something pre workout (oatmeal or whatever) and a good post workout meal!

Stay hydrated and do it to it brutha!
