Default gwilliams on the road to body building sucess

training:

monday- legs
tuesdays-chest, triceps,
wednesday- shoulders,forearms
thursday- back, lats, biceps,
friday-rest
saturday- all round bodyblast
sunday- rest



Meal plan:

6am breakfast- 30g oats + skimmed milk
3 egg whites + 1 egg yolk scrambled, protein shake

9.30am- 100g chicken breast, bannana

12.00pm- 150g of tuna, 30g of wholemeal pasta, mixed vegtables

2.30-100g chicken breast, bannana, one scoop of muscle and weight gainer

preworkout- 20g whey protein mixed with water

postworkout- one scoop of muscle and weight gainer

evening meal- chicken, baked potato, mixed vegtables

10pm- protein shake




thanks 4 taking the time out to read my log. its my leg day today so ill put up the results of my workout 2morro.
