Looking good dude. IIRC you mentioned somewhere that you had plans to compete in junior Mr Wales. Did I get that correctly? If so, what fed are you going to be competing in?

leg training sets reps
back squats 5 10
calf raises 5 10
deadlifts 5 10
front squats 5 10
weighted lunges 5 10

my leg workout was succesful yesterday and i also achieved a new pr in the deadlift reaching a 352lb deadlift.

chest- sets reps
bench press 5 10
pec dec 5 10
incline bench press 5 10
dumbell flyes 5 10

triceps- sets reps
tricep extensions 5 12
close grip bench press 5 10
dumbell kick backs 5 10
tricep pressdowns 5 12
