Log Clean & Press: 4 sets of 3 with 178

Farmer's Lift: 1 set of 1 with 330s (660 total weight)

^ I worked up to a new 1RM here.

- Besides obviously being good training for the farmer's walk, there should also be carry-over to the car deadlift, one of the events at the strongman competition that I might be doing in August.

Keg Swing: 3 sets of 6 with 50

^ This was new for me, so I decided to stay with just this light keg, then try the 100 next time.

- The keg swing is good training for the keg toss event in strongman, which is another event at that August show.

BTW, guys, PowerliftingWatch.com recently compiled an all-time (2007-2011) rankings list. I'm currently #41 in the raw deadlift for American men in the 165 weight class. A deadlift of five more pounds, 555, will bump me up to #34. 560 will put me at #30.

^ This was a big PR for me. My previous best with 225 was 5 sets of 3, nothing higher than triples.

Pendlay Row: 6,5,4 with 265

Two-Hands Underhand Push-Down: 9,8,7 with 80

Pull-Up: 36 in 2 minutes with BW

Dumbbell Crucifix Hold: 36 seconds with 20s, then 15 secs w/ 25s

^ PR (+4 seconds, +5 seconds) with both weights
