5kgLifter, I counted to three and when i said, "3!", we lifted. You don't have a log on MAB?

Max, you've got bigger cojones than I do, especially if you can row 150x10 for 3 sets and still have energy to do anything else Heavy DB rows are my bane (but I do love them so!)

12" Log Clean & Press: 1 set of 6 with 166, then 3 sets of 1 with 176

^ I thought that I was just doing my bodyweight (slightly heavier, in this case) on the log today, so I repped out a bunch with that weight. After that, I decided to also do 176. I tried to do a double for the first set, but only got a single because the 166 set wore down my pressing ability, besides not doing log work for a while. I finished with two more singles for three total with 176.

Atlas Stone Lifting: 310 lapped and partially loaded, twice

^ The first attempt at loading the 310 was significantly higher than the second one. I don't know the height measurement of the bar, but it was approximately at my navel.

- 310 was a big PR for me, in terms of both lapping and loading. My previous best was 260 or 265, a few years ago. I was training without tacky for a while, using lighter stones, and decided to see what I can currently do with tacky. This was also my first time using duct tape on my forearms, which is legal in strongman contests.

Tire Flip: 2,3,4,3,2,1 with 750

^ This was exhausting, especially at the peak and down the pyramid (4,3,2,1). I need to shave a little more time from my rest between flips. I think it's better than in the past, but still needs to improve.
