^ I think that 210x5 was a 5lb PR for a 5-rep set, but I could be wrong.

Incline Dumbbell Press: 8,9,7 with 75s

^ low incline

- My friend said that I did 9, not 8, for the 2nd set. I guess I miscounted.

Deadlift: 526x1

^ over 98% of my 1RM (535)

Rack Pull: 475x5, 525x3, 570x0

^ This was below the knee, like the previous sessions, every other week. The 3rd rep of the 525 set was brutal, but I did it cleanly. After that, I only got a partial rep with 570.

Unilateral Reverse Hyperextension: 8,7,6 with 130

Farmer's Walk: 3 trips (~60-80 feet each time) with the 220s

- Read the following story to understand why the numbers were fuzzy for that final part of the session.

- Shortly after I began the leg raise, the morbidly obese gym owner waddled over to me, telling me that I wasn't allowed to yell in the gym, or at least not during a glute-ham raise, which according to him is a "bullsh*t exercise" and claimed that he could easily do a bunch of reps on it. The guy's gut would prevent him from getting on the thing, let alone perform a single rep. He also said that the reason he approached me was that some woman was complaining. A week or two prior to that, he was giving me sh*t about a tiny amount of baby powder on the floor. What's makes it more frustrating is that this scumbag recruited me at a powerlifting meet in August 2009, under false pretenses, telling me that his gym (Coliseum) was a hardcore place for real lifters. The equipment is excellent*, but he's a schmuck who's only concern is money, not passion for powerlifting or strongman. I'll probably not renew my membership when it expires in the middle of next month. I have another gym, an old college weight room, which is free and much closer to my house, but just has basic equipment, so that's most likely where I'll go.

* weightlifting platform, calibrated bumper plates and IPF metal plates, deadlift jack, glute-ham raise, reverse hyperextension, monolift, Forza bench, power rack, atlas stones, stone platform, thick bar, buffalo bar, logs, yoke, tires, kegs, sandbags, among other stuff
